Membership Freezes

What is the freezing process?
If you would like to put your membership on hold for one reason or another, we can freeze your membership free of charge for up to 3 months.

Freezing your membership can be useful if you are suffering from and injury, have work commitments or perhaps you are away on a holiday.

To freeze your membership please fill in the form below:
Please note: We require to be notified before the 18th of the month to freeze your membership before the 1st of the following month.
