A: Everyone is entitled to a complimentary induction, you’ll need to give us a call on 01305 787000 or pop in and we can book one in the diary for you at a time that suits. During the induction we will show you how to operate all of the equipment available at the club.
A. There actually is no catch!
A. The joining fee is an initial charge to cover the cost of your induction and our admin set up costs.
A. Yes we do. We are so confident that you will see the value we are offering, that if after 7 days you don’t like the club, we will repay you your first payment.
A. You are not contractually tied to us for any specified period of time, but we do ask that you give us a calendar month’s notice out of courtesy.
A. Confirmation of your membership will be sent to your email address and the club simultaneously. You are then a member and can use the club the same day.
A. Once you have joined you will be given step by step instructions on how to get access to our FitSense app. On the app you will be able to gain access to your QR code (for gym access) and also book all your classes from home.
A. Yes, we provide showers, lockers and toilets.
Fitness classes at Active Fitness Club are included on the Gym + Class membership at just £29.95.
A. We offer a great fitness class programme. Classes are included on the following memberships:

A. We have several very qualified personal trainers at the club, who offer a range of one-to-one and group sessions. We offer a small group training experience called Active Coach. This gives you all the benefits of personal training without the big costs. It also includes nutritional advice, your own personal accountability coach, pre and post assessments.

A. Yes, the website is completely secure, this can be confirmed by the padlock indoor web browser, any details entered will be encrypted before being sent to the server.
A. We know that our fees are the best value available and hence there is no negotiation. To keep the membership costs low we must keep things simple!
If you would like to put your membership on hold for one reason or another, we can freeze your membership free of charge for up to 3 months.
Freezing your membership can be useful if you are suffering from and injury, have work commitments or perhaps you are away on a holiday.
